Memoirs of Martina Swift Bailey
Martina Swift Bailey was Ruth's grandmother. She was born on September 11, 1889 in Washington, IA, died on October , 1992 in Davenport, IA at the age of 103.
Sister Joan Bailey, CHM recorded the memoirs of Martina Swift Bailey on cassette tapes. She later transcribed these to her computer. In 2009 Ralph Roesler took on the project of editing these computer files into a format appropriate for publishing. He did not change any of the text; he just corrected spelling mistakes, punctuation, etc., and then applied text, page formatting and added in some photos.
